- About Heat Forging
- Heat forging is forge the materials by over 1,200℃ degrees (temperatures is depend on material)
- The characteristic & merit of the heat forging
The characteristic is possible to complicated shapes, large forming by highly forming and low forming resistance.
There are two merits, it’s “Forming” & “Wrought Iron”. Heat the metal material in advance to become soft condition so, it’s possible to manufacture complicated shapes by “Forming”.
Blow by heat metal condition In “Wrought Iron”, by applying a blow in a heated state, gap disappear, and the grain of the metal becomes finer, the structure becomes dense and homogeneous. Furthermore, since the crystal structure “metal flow line” along the product shape is formed, mechanical properties such as “hardness and tensile strength” of product can also be enchanced.
